Norco Charger 1 is a performance hardtail mountain bike. Suited to riders who are looking to get onto a proper bike but dont want to spend the earth, this bike is suited trail use and gives a great balance of price and performance.

The Charger 1 is available in both 650b and 29er wheel sizes, to suit rider preference and height. The frame is constructed from 6061 aluminium with a double butted downtube and toptube, this helps reduce weight whilst keep the bike stiff and responsive.

The front suspension for is a Rockshox Judy Gold fork, keeping things simple and reliable with addition of a lock-out lever. The WTB double wall rims keep your wheels true and stand up to proper off-road use.

A Sram NX drivetrain keeps things shifting smoothly and simply with a 1×11 setup, by removing the front derailleur from the equation and using a narrow/wide chainring you all but eliminate the chance of dropping chain. The wide range cassette ensures that you still get a wide range of gears to make the tough climbs.

The Norco Charger 1 would make a fantastic first mountain bike, for some who wants to get out and try some of the amazing trails that Australia has to offer.
