Each tooth of the pignons is designed to obtain the maximum in terms of synchronization, change speed and operation silence. A double frame system for the six larger pignons allows to obtain a very high torsional rigidity value thanks to which the operating precision remains optimal even during changes under stress. The surface treatment of the 11 steel pigns ensures the long duration of the component and maintains its performance unchanged over time.
