L’Hydraulic disc brake oil is contained within the oleodynamic tubes that connect the pompante (i.e. the brake lever) to the brake body. When we act on the lever, also called Master Cyclinder, LOil transfers the force impressed on the two pistons, who send the tablets against the rotor and thus allow to slow down the race. This is possible thanks to the characteristics of the inclusive of the oil, which transmits the force without absorbing it. The operation of a disc brake has as its basis L’Floor between disk and tablet, which generates considerable heat that also turns to the system and therefore to oil, which must be able to endure stress without reaching the boiling point.
