Cafflatox is a highly innovative pneumatic (and preventive quote) sealing, now highly appreciated for various cycling applications in the main markets.

• Improved formula: thanks to the addition of silicate micro particles, Cafflatox flows more slowly through the holes, granting more time to the sealant to repair the drilling. These particles are not macroscopic (such as glitter, with a diameter between 150 and 300 microns), but rather microscopic, given that the dimensions remain below 2 microns. Therefore the flow of coffee it changes in an almost imperceptible way avoiding obstruction of the typical valves instead with L’Use of glitter. The repair times are now 5 times faster than the previous formulation; This improvement is significantly more evident with L’Use of light tires or with thin carcass.
• Samophogenic effect activated by the movement: the first of the advantages of the coffee of the Cafflax compared to the classic lactic -based sealing, comes from a slice agent (Actifoam ), activated by the movement of the wheel. The centrifugal force brings traditional sealing to the external circumference of the moving wheel. L’Cafflatox foaming action allows him to fill the internal cavity of the tire, making it much more effective against the drilling on the hips.
• Anti-forage action: the rapid anti-forage action makes Cafflatex ideal as a quote or sealing for MTB tubeless and road tube, tubular and normal tires: shelters for 5 mm (MTB) and 3 mm (road).
• Stability over time: thanks to its formulation, Cafflatex is very stable and long -lasting, but this is strongly dependent on the type of application and external conditions.

By using the recommended quantities, the indicative duration of the Cafflatex is as follows:

• Tubular: 1-2 years
• Ust Tubeless tire: 4-6 months
• Tubeless-Ready tire: 2-4 months
• Standard converted tire: 2-3 months

In any case, not being able to know the specific conditions of use of our customers (type of wheels/tires, thickness of the walls and pneumatic pneumatic, external temperature and humidity, bicycle storage conditions …), we recommend checking the state of the coffeex every 2 months, to make sure it is still liquid and thus maintain its preventive action against the flesing. Once dry, Cafflatox will no longer actively leave the drips, but the wheels will still remain with air holding.
Without aggressive elements: not containing ammonia, it is 100% compatible with tires and rims. It is also very popular in the field of cyclocross and in use as a quote for tubulars, not damaging the delicate latex rooms in the least.
Temperatures of use and storage: effective on a wide range of temperatures, contrary to first generation latex sealing sealing (use: -20/ +50 storage: -15/ +30 C).

• Recommended quantities: 30 to 50 ml per wheel for road/cycle-cross applications; 50 ml for MTB tires up to 26 2.10/29 2.00; from 60 to 100 ml for MTB tires with dimensions over 26 2.10/29 2.00.
